ADRIANNA – OFFICE MANAGER

Adrianna has had the pleasure of being part of the Smiles by Myles team since 2016. Adrianna began her journey at Smiles by Myles as a clinical assistant before advancing to the Office Team lead after demonstrating her leadership skills. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail makes her an invaluable asset in providing a welcoming and efficient environment for all our patients.
She discovered her passion for dentistry after graduating from Dental Assisting School in 2011 and hasn't looked back. With over a decade of experience, she's still enthusiastic about learning and helping patients every day.  Adrianna is certified in DOCS oral sedation, earned her FAADOM in dental management, and is trained in various full mouth reconstruction procedures. Her focus is on patient comfort and building strong relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Sergeant and Bandit, and diving into a good book.
 

ADRIANA – DENTAL HYGIENIST

Adriana possesses an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Virginia Community College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Biology from Shenandoah University. With over a decade of experience in the field of dentistry, she has served as a lead dental assistant across various specialties, including General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Endodontics, and Pediatrics before pursuing her passion for dental hygiene. Adriana serves as the dental hygienist at Smiles By Myles. Adriana remains committed to providing kind, compassionate, and exemplary care to her patients, adhering to the highest standards of excellence. She is a proponent of evidence-based practice and endeavors to remain informed about the latest data and scientific advancements in her field. She is currently licensed by the Virginia Board of Dentistry and has received extensive training in Guided Biofilm Therapy with an Airflow device, and is certified in CPR, laser, and local anesthetic. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Adriana enjoys engaging in physical fitness, traveling with her husband, and exploring diverse cultures. She also practices yoga, Pilates, and swimming, maintaining an active lifestyle.

GISELLE – TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Giselle serves as our Treatment and Financial Coordinator and has been a valued member of the Smiles by Myles family for over six years. She specializes in coordinating appointments for patients with complex cases that may involve multiple specialists. Known for her attention to detail, Giselle ensures patients fully understand every aspect of their treatment—including the financial details such as insurance claims, reimbursements, and appeals. Her priority is to provide clear communication and transparency, so each patient feels informed and confident throughout their treatment journey, trusting our team to deliver exceptional care every step of the way. 
Outside the office, Giselle enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, Kaleb and Daniel. When they're not busy going from one soccer game to the next, they love discovering new restaurants and exploring local events. During her downtime, Giselle can often be found watching movies, reading, walking, or running. She also loves relaxing outdoors with friends and family at one of the area's scenic wineries or breweries with live entertainment.
 

LAILA – CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Laila brings a wealth of experience to the Smiles By Myles team with over a decade in the dental field, she obtained her dental assistant certificate from MIHT School in Lorton in 2014. Passionate about patient care, Laila embraces the opportunity to expand her knowledge of dentistry daily. Originally from Casablanca, Morocco, she relocated to the United States nearly 19 years ago to be with her husband. Laila is a proud mother of two lovely daughters and cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends during her leisure moments.

CLAUDIA – PATIENT COORDINATOR

With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, Claudia serves as the Patient Coordinator at Smiles by Myles. Claudia's background includes both clinical and administrative roles, which enables her to offer a comprehensive approach to patient care and office operations. Throughout her career, Claudia has gained hands-on experience in clinical settings, directly working with patients to deliver high-quality dental care, while also managing administrative duties. This blend of skills ensures that every patient experience runs smoothly. She takes great pride in building strong, trusting relationships with patients, making sure they feel at ease. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with family, her dog, hiking, and practicing yoga. She looks forward to welcoming patients to the practice and assisting with any questions or concerns regarding their dental care.
